I'm a little tired of hearing how "Bad" the market is! Interest Rates are TERRIFIC and it is a wonderful time to buy a house! The greatest part of selling a listing is that now Sellers actually listen to what an expert REALTOR tells them needs to be done to make their home sell. I have partnered with a Professional Home Stager and every one of my listings sell. The homes look great, we price them right on the money and we get activity!
With over 13 years of Real Estate experience in the Gwinnett market, things aren't as bad as all the gloom and doom news! If you can't sell, call me - I'll be honest enough to tell you exactly what the problem is!

Who cares!!!! We all should care about distortion in the media. I am very aware of how the media distorts RE facts and I can only imagine how they distort, the economy, health care, politics, the war. You get the idea. What to do? Spend the time to look beyond the headlines and make an informed opinion of your own!!! For Real Estate info go to a professional in your market, ask questions and learn what factors effect you and yours. Anyway, that's what I think. Jeff
